The City tour

The old historical villages are a must to discover. Most villages are untouched. It's like the time has stand still. Authentic, cultural and pure, as if nothing is changed. The villages Cisternino and Locorotondo are both on the list of "I borghi più belli d'Italia", which means the most beautiful villages of Italy.
We will drive from town to town, where the Vespa is the best option because you will see the most of this beautiful area, and we could easily drive to the city center.

During this tour, we spend the most time driving the Vespa.

There will be a tasting as well, and of course you want to taste, but it’s a minimum amount, so there is no problem with driving on the scooter after the tasting!

The Pasta tour

Puglia is known for the amazing quality of the food. What could be more enjoyable than learning to cook in the traditional Italian way? We will drive into the countryside to visit "Nonna Dora" and her husband Antonio, who will teach you how to make various types of pasta. Additionally, they will prepare a delicious Puglian lunch, next to your homemade pasta of course. It's a really lovely experience of the Italian culture!

During this tour, there's slightly less Vespa driving compared to, for example, the city tour.

Variation: Taralli workshop

Are you already a master in making pasta? We have a variation to do: the Taralli workshop.

Taralli are traditional Italian savory biscuits originating from the region of Puglia. They are considered a delightful treat often enjoyed as a snack. They are beloved worldwide for their simple yet delicious taste. Dora will teach you how to make Taralli and introduce you to the different shapes and flavors available. After learning to make Taralli, we will, of course, taste them or you may take them home. Additionally, this workshop also includes a homemade Puglian lunch, by Dora and Antonio.

With all those trees they produce 23% of the olive oil in Europe!

We will get a tour at a beautiful Masseria, where they will tell you the rich history of the olive oil. After that, we will have a taste of their own Extra Vergine olive oil.

After this tour you will remember that you hold in your hands not only a remarkable culinary treasure but also a testament to the age-old bond between the people, the land, and the golden harvest of Puglia.
