Information about the different tours

Route

All tours are a drive through the beautiful area called ''Valle D'Itria", an amazing valley full of 'Trulli', olive trees and vineyards.

A choice of 4 different tours: City, Wine, Pasta or Olive tour.

The City tour

The old historical villages are a must to discover. Most villages are untouched. It's like the time has stand still, the same as they were 100 years ago. Authentic, cultural and pure, as if nothing is changed. The villages Cisternino and Locorotondo are both on the list of "I borghi più belli d'Italia", which means the most beautiful villages of Italy.
We will drive from village to village, where the Vespa is the best option because you will see the most of this beautiful area in Puglia, called Valle D’Itria.

We look at the vineyards, learn more about the wines of Puglia and taste them afterwards. Of course you want to taste, but it’s a minimum amount, so there is no problem with driving on the scooter after the tasting!

We are doing a pasta workshop during this tour with "Nonna Dora". You may have seen the Italian women, making their fresh Pasta in the streets? Well, we will do it with Dora and her husband Antonio, who have a place in the country side with a garden full of fresh food. We will have a very nice lunch with your own made Pasta and a lot of other homemade local food.

It's also called ''The golden liquid'', because it is such a wonderful product. Renowned for its rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and vibrant culture, this region has got more that 60 million olive trees. With all those trees they produce 23% of the olive oil in Europe!

We will get a tour at a beautiful Masseria, where they will tell you the rich history of the olive oil. After that, we will have a taste of their own Extra Vergine olive oil.

After this tour you will remember that you hold in your hands not only a remarkable culinary treasure but also a testament to the age-old bond between the people, the land, and the golden harvest of Puglia.
