We explore the Valle d’Itria, a breathtaking landscape filled with authentic trulli and endless olive groves. Along the way, we visit some of the most charming towns in the region, part of I Borghi più belli d’Italia.
With a route of around 65 km, we drive from town to town and discover much of the surrounding area.

WINE TOUR
The ultimate tour for wine lovers. We visit a local winery in the heart of the valley, where a passionate fifth-generation family takes you through the vineyards and the entire process from grape to wine.
Of course, no wine experience is complete without a tasting, paired with a generous selection of authentic local products. Don’t worry, the tastings are carefully portioned, so you can continue the ride safely afterwards.
With a route of around 55 km, we mainly follow quiet countryside roads, allowing you to fully enjoy the landscapes of Puglia.

MOZZARELLA TOUR

PASTA TOUR

We drive through the countryside to Nonna Dora and her husband Antonio, where you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta following traditions passed down through generations.
After the workshop, enjoy a homemade lunch and experience the warm hospitality of Italian culture.
